On December 28,what is the server ip for virussmp 2018, Chicken Soup for the Soul Entertainment (

CSSE

) purchased the remaining portion of A+ it did not own from the three remaining A+ shareholders. This was comprised of Class A stock in CSSE as follows: (a) 322,275 shares of Class A common stock valued at $2,691,000 to Ashton Kutcher; (b) 14,012 shares valued at $117,000 to Evan Beard; (c) 14,012 shares valued at $117,000 to Kendall Dabaghi totally $2.925 million in stock. The value of CSSE shares was calculated at $8.35 per share. These shares will be locked up for 18 months. The remaining cost was paid by the company by reducing approximately $3.3 million of advances owed by A + to CSSE. There will be a number of intracompany adjustments to CSSE’s balance sheet and we expect the company to file pro forma income statements and balance sheets due to this purchase.

The cost savings of approximately $5.1 million expected in 2019 is in cost of revenues and we have adjusted our model accordingly. We now expect gross margin to increase to 78% in 2019 from an estimated 63% in 2018 and increase profitability and EBITDA. With the additional 350,000 shares and increased net income, we are increasing our 2019 EPS estimate to $1.06 per share and EBITDA to $28.6 million, up 62% year over year.
